The Small Team Real Estate is a family real estate team in Arkansas. The team consists of Larry, Myra, and Brian Small. Being a member of this group has enabled me to help guide the brand process. It is important to show a modern and trustworthy image.

In real estate there are so many different ways to market your listings and yourself, but flyers are a key to relay important information to potential buyers quickly. I use a style with a big hero image and highlights with the breakdown of the information. In the recent months I have started adding QR codes and NFC technology into the marketing material to lead potential clients to the website.
A lot of Real Estate professionals use their websites for sharing the MLS, but I took a different approach. My goal for the website is to share our personal listings and more importantly try to provide value to our visitors. I include pages for listing information collecting through; open house check in pages, event marketing, tips and tricks, etc.
